● We ship to select countries in Europe. Delivery timelines vary based on location.
● Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Please allow a minimum 10-12 business days for delivery. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier selected.
● Any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Currently, Jama Jewels BV covers these charges. However, this policy is subject to change, and customers will be informed in advance should any modifications occur

KYC and Shipping Verification
To ensure compliance with applicable laws and to protect both parties during transactions, Jama Jewels requires customers to provide valid identification for shipping and Know Your Customer (KYC) purposes. Customers may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:
