●      Jama Jewels BV operates an online jewelry store specializing in lab-grown diamond jewelry.

●      We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

●      Continued use of the website after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Products and Pricing

●      All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without prior notice.

●      All prices mentioned on the website are inclusive of VAT.

●      We strive to provide accurate product details, but errors in pricing or descriptions may occur.

●      If an error is identified after an order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order with customer notification.

4. Orders and Payments

●      Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.

●      We accept multiple payment methods, including credit/debit cards and other secure payment gateways.

●      Payments are processed securely, and Jama Jewels BV does not store credit card information.

●      We reserve the right to cancel an order for reasons such as stock unavailability or payment verification failure.

5. Shipping and Delivery

●      We ship to select countries in Europe. Delivery timelines vary based on location.

●      Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

●      Any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Currently, Jama Jewels BV covers these charges. However, this policy is subject to change, and customers will be informed in advance should any modifications occur

Delivery Restrictions

At the moment, we are not delivering to the following countries:

  3. Moldova
  4. Norway
  5. Switzerland
  6. Turkey
  7. Ukraine
  8. United Kingdom
  9. Cyprus

KYC and Shipping Verification

To ensure compliance with applicable laws and to protect both parties during transactions, Jama Jewels requires customers to provide valid identification for shipping and Know Your Customer (KYC) purposes. Customers may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

●      National ID card, passport, or driver's license for identity verification.

●      Utility bill, bank statement, or residence permit for address verification.

All documents must be current and legible, and we reserve the right to refuse processing of orders if the required documents are not provided or are deemed insufficient. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information.

6. Returns and Exchanges

 

Return Policy

At Jama Jewels, we currently do not accept returns. However, if you request a refund, we offer the option to repurchase the item at a 40% deduction from the original invoice amount. You will receive a refund of 60% of the invoice total, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The refund request is made within one (1) year from the invoice date.
  2. The shipping cost for returning the item will be borne by the customer.

Please note that the item must be returned in its original condition to be eligible for a refund.

Exchange Policy

For exchanges, a 30% deduction from the original invoice amount will apply. The remaining balance can be used towards the purchase of a new product. The following conditions apply:

  1. The exchange request must be made within one (1) year from the invoice date.
  2. Shipping costs for the exchange will be covered by Jama Jewels.

Items must be returned in their original condition for exchange eligibility.

 

7. Privacy Policy

●      We value your privacy and adhere to GDPR regulations.

●      Customer data is collected only for order processing and service improvement.

●      Personal information is not shared with third parties except for delivery and payment processing.

8. Full Eternity Rings

Resizing Not Possible for Full Eternity Rings

Please note that full eternity rings cannot be resized due to the continuous design of diamonds around the band. As resizing is not possible for these rings, we highly recommend ensuring you select the correct size before placing your order. You can have your ring size measured at a professional jewelry store, or feel free to visit our store to confirm your size if needed.

We want you to love your ring, so please make sure you get the perfect fit from the start! 

9. Limitation of Liability

●      Jama Jewels BV is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

●      We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website and are not responsible for technical disruptions.

10. Intellectual Property

●      All content on www.jamajewels.eu, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Jama Jewels BV.

●      Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is prohibited.

11. Governing Law

●      These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium.

●      Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belgium.

12.  Warranty Policy

  1. Diamond Removal: If a diamond is removed from any piece of jewelry, Both the diamond and the jewelry must be returned to Jama Jewels for reinstallation. Additional charges, including shipping costs, may apply for the removal and reinstallation of the diamond.
  2. Ring Size Changes: Any requests for ring size changes will incur additional charges. Shipping costs for the size change will be borne by the customer.
  3. Manufacturing Defects: In the event of any manufacturing defects, Jama Jewels will bear the cost of repairs or replacements. However, it must be confirmed that the defect is a result of our manufacturing process. The customer will not incur any charges for defects arising from our production process.

Please note that this warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, wear and tear, or any external factors. 

13. Pricing Disclaimer

While we strive to ensure all product details, descriptions, and prices are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. In the event that a product is listed with an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, Jama Jewels reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for the product at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and payment has been processed.

If your order is canceled and payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued promptly.
